When you think of an exterminator, words such as empathy and compassion do not come first to mind. However, for Michael Sabov, a New York City exterminator, that’s totally far from the case. When it comes to dealing with mice, he says, “It’s not easy to do, and when you see a lifeless body it’s not easy to deal with”.
