Brooklyn songwriter and multi instrumentalist Alex Feder left his indie roots behind; moved to L.A. to create an alter ego in the form of R&B singer Leonard Friend–named after his grandfather, a big band saxophonist. Leonard Friend is the fusing of Feder’s Brooklyn indie rock roots and his love for the Neptunes, Prince and Michael Jackson to name a few.
