As the temperature starts to get just a little less frigid and the daylight hours stretch a little bit longer, I’m feeling the urge to to actually step outside and try something new. And as my list of new bars and restaurants to try increases, I thought I’d share some of the bars I’m looking forward to trying most.

Up and Up
116 MacDougal Street, New York
I love a good cocktail bar and I’m so excited to go to Up and Up on MacDougal street. This looks like the perfect place to relax with a cocktail in hand and is definitely a great suggestion when you’re in the West Village!

Seamstress
339 East 75th Street, New York
The Upper East Side isn’t exactly my cup of tea–but I’ve heard so much about Seamstress already and it might just be the thing that gets me up there in the near future…

Louie & Chan
303 Broome Street, New York
While there are so many places on the Lower East Side, sometimes you just get stuck. Next time I find myself stuck on a place to go, I’m going to check out Louie & Chan for Chinese inspired cocktails and some late night dancing.

Franklin Park
618 St. John’s Place, Brooklyn
Franklin Park isn’t new, but it’s new to me. The outdoor space looks incredible, as well as their reading series and drink list.
