If you’re in Montreal, you best the head over to Club Soda Saturday night to check out my homegirl Empire Isis and Big Boi of Outkast perform. Moroccan-born Empire Isis has been making movies up North for quite some time now, with her blend of world music and hip-hop styles. And Big Boi really needs no introduction. The other half of Outkast is supporting his album Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty and just dropped a new single with Gucci Mane. It’s a good look for my Montreal peoples for sure.
