Guess again, In 2004, NERD’s frontman starred in “Ecology of Love”, a short film by Brin Hill, also starring Dania Ramirez (Entourage, Sopranos). The short has recently been released in its entirety ( 17 mins) . Of course they’d find a way to sneak in a Neptunes track; they used the remix of Sade’s ” By Your Side”. It’s a quirky tale of boy gets cheated on, while desitute meets a french enchantress played by Ramirez, in a seedy desert motel. The film showcases Pharrell’s boy next door charm.
